Okra Soup
Our Okra Soup is a nourishing Nigerian classic, expertly prepared with chopped and minced okra in a peppery base to achieve its rich, comforting texture and full traditional flavour. Cooked with shreds of smoked turkey, dried fish, stockfish, finished with spinach and palm oil.  This soup is slow-simmered to bring out its natural depth and warmth. It can be enjoyed with a choice of protein options—including beef, seafood,  tripe, and or ox-hide—making every serving wholesome, satisfying, and authentically Nigerian. Traditionally served with swallow/solid food but also can be enjoyed with steamed rice or potato mash.
